what would it take for you to butcher and sell the meat yourself ?
more land and money then I have at the moment. Oh and lots of government paperwork and USDA inspections and it just goes on. Unless I do it all myself and then sell "under the counter" and even then I would need a walk in cooler and such.
times 3 I would make some money and not have as many bulls. Gas would be about 300. and then a couple meals and maybe a motel room.
