Granny's gone and done it again

So we couldn't ear tag nip or tuck since I could NOT remember which one is which even with the temp tag as I originally had their mother's backwards. So those two just got pics and rubs to show that the chute is NOT always an evil monster.

It means the time of Lent and Advent. Roman Catholic AnswerPurple is the color of penance or sorrow, and is used during the pentiential seasons (Lent and Advent) except on saints' days and on the two Sundays when Rose may be substituted. Purple may also be used in the Mass and Office of the Dead.

The word 'Advent' is from the Latin 'Adventus,' which means 'coming.' Advent is the beginning of a new liturgical year (in the Western churches), and encompasses the span of time from the fourth Sunday before Christmas, until the Nativity of Our Lord is celebrated

yes unless they are really on the ball and changed it to Rose or Pink for the third week and then back again to purple

Rose/pink is used as a visual clue that we (catholics) are half way thru either advent or lent.

I never remember to bring my camera along when I am out. They are really quite impressive . maybe made from 6x6s and 20 ft. tall

It would be cool to see them and what they do come Christmas eve/day as well
