Well, I got lamb chops which we will probably have Christmas day. Still considering ham for Christmas eve, but not sure. I'm not a big fan, so have only prepared one once. Doesn't seem all that hard, but not sure how to pick em. All this means I have to go back out tomorrow... too many peoples!

Sorry I disappeared. The fire needed some wood, and it felt so good to sit near it... kind of forgot I was even on here. ahhh

That's terrible. Glad you figured it out before you or GD got zapped. Sorry about the chicks. A ceramic socket on the lamp is supposed to be safer than the plastic. Better for fire danger too.

Wishing, dont remember you telling me you got the card. Tom licked them Pert, not me. hahaaa gross. I only wrote granny on the outside because my hand was aching from the very short message inside. Twist, I sent you my moms last Christmas card she bought . The wash stand is very beautiful . What room is that ? It looks very pretty from what I can see.
Well, I dont know how much sleep I got but I feel like it must of been a lot. I was here talking then it was midnight and Robert was putting me to bed. LOL
Hips are better today, swelling has gone down a lot.

Still have 5 chicks. 2 are leghorns, 1 has red head & partridge body, 2 are brown partridge pattern. Also still have 9 nine week olds that I hatched.

Jane, if I was a betting woman I would say out of 9 polish 2 are female. Im looking at their crest . All tails point down but only 2 crests look rounded to me. I will be heartbroken if I have 7 roos to 2 pullets .
