Welp so much for our plans for our older storage bldg. Oldest DD just abandoned all hers & 2 dds stuff. Owner moved it to a storage unit & gave us to saturday to get it. So we will haul a load a day with both our bad backs/hips. We had planned on doing our den floor.

Oh Jane, how disappointing. If it weren't for the gks, I would let her suffer the consequences of her choices, but not fair to the kids.

their brooder is all wood except the front , I have 250w and a 60 watt bulb in a 2x6ft and I covered all but maybe 6in of the wired front in plastic. Just hanging not taped up or nothing

That should be warm enough.

hahahaa! You are the only one I have ever heard call them "top knots" other than me. That's what we called them when I was a kid. We never had any any Polish, but I remember Merry Chicken, the only chicken that ever had a name. She was a little barred hen with a medium sized slicked back top knot, and very friendly too.

A come-along is a ratchet devise used for pulling or lifting. The short cable is used to secure the come-along to a beam or post and the long cable is used tie on to the load being moved.
