I have tried everything they have thrown at me and a lot of home remedy's too. they cant help me

You still need to be seen by a doctor. If you get a blood born infection from it, your done. Your heart is too damaged to be able to fight something like that.

seramas frost bite is getting worse and 2 of my polish have burned their tops off. one is bad . Looks like a big black scab

Are you using a new towel & wash cloth EVERY time you shower. That is very important to get a handle on the yeast problem. Your towels & washcloths should be washed in hot water with detergent & bleach. Or with detergent & white vinegar.

no I havent . I use the same towel a few times . I dont think he uses bleach .

If I take the heat lamp out and attach it to the outside they couldnt burn them selves but it would make it that much colder too

Then that needs to be changed. Change out towels every day & buy that boy some clorax bleach. Don't even wear the same shirt 2 days in a row. Tell Tom ~ hot water & bleach
