Granny's gone and done it again

Only cat prints. It was a fowl smell lol wasn’t in the coop but I could smell it in the run when I opened the door. I’ll check tomorrow and if I still smell it I’ll check the birds over. One is the crazy rooster.
people can actually smell a difference in their coops and runs when chickens are sick but a male coon can smell almost as bad as a skunk

How to Give Your Chickens a Physical Examination - dummies

I would say a 1. But all my polish feel thin.

I was hand picking the bones out of the meat tidbits and they smushed in my hands . I never seen that. Did I do it right when I can smush thigh bones with 2 fingers
Yes, the acid in the vinegar dissolves the bones. After you strain it, let it settle and all the bone bits will sink, then you can pour or scoop the good clear stuff on top. She won't want to drink the bone solids, but PITA will!

Tomorrow I will take my Puppy scale out there and weigh him.
That's a good idea. All my chickens feel bony to me, so I would fail the keel test! I tend to go by how heavy they feel when I pick them up. Lighter than expected? especially compared to others. It will be good to have an actual weight on him to see how much he gains in the next week or so. I hope this is really all there is to it and he doesn't have something else wrong.
