Granny's gone and done it again

Mostly cloudy, with a high near 39. South wind 14 to 18 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph.

That's a 70* temp change in a week.

Hettinger which is about 60 miles south and a little east of Dickinson had a record of -45* last week and that was with out wind chill.

MUCH longer "season" then yaks which have about a 3 hour window every cycle. OR so I have read. Thus Porter has to be johnny on the spot. And yet somehow this window is never during the day.

Check the feed in the morning. I had a new bag that must have been sitting in some water because when I got down near the bottom, it smelled really bad. Luckily I scoop it out daily for them, so caught it before going in the feeder.

mine goes in a trash can and I only dump new feed in when the old is completely gone. I scoop out every day or 2 to add to feeders when they are low.

some may be going to freezer camp early. Nostril is at the top of that list.

I could probably get rid of a bunch IF I lower the price BUT I don't want that reputation either and From everything I have seen and been told by others I am actually cheap on the girls. I have the bloodline's to support the prices being asked for most of the boy's.

Maybe start a "go fund me" to buy more land. OR marry my "good neighbor to the East's" mother.
