Granny's gone and done it again

He had traveled back & forth to VA with us for 4 years. He & Bella were the only ones that were mine. The others belong to dds & one was a stray. She is a jack Russel terrier & has had 3 litters of pups in a year, H20. Only 3 have survived. I think Spike is their daddy. He was a pretty chiweenie. Some of them are vvvvery ugly. He would chase his tail & make us laugh so hard. I'm reallyyyyy gonna miss him.
That is sad. Why only three pups survived? Is something getting them?

Wishing, I am a little confused about roasting the bones first. I know you said it gives it a better flavor but do you season the bones or ??
No seasoning needed. Cooked meat, especially the little crunchy bits, has more flavor that boiled meat. Brown, don't burn.

I have noticed that with Patch too. Problem is, they scratch all the food out .
I dont know if DD has tried it yet or not.
Use a smaller, deeper dish. Or you can put a smaller dish inside a lower larger dish which will catch most of it. There are lots of ideas... google chicken feeder and look at all the pics!
rain gutter type might work

I am happy to make some progress. I want to get it organized in there. Now i can hang the parts bins on the wall by the workshop. Also going to build a bin for the wooden skids i get free so they take up less space.
Oh, and i got another egg today! This one the hen was setting on it in the corner of the coop. So it was clean and warm.
