I don't think he's a bully exactly. He is a young man who thinks things should be a certain way... reminds me of my dad... military trained, no excuses, git er done. He will learn some compassion eventually, but for now, I think it's good for Robert to be around a strong personality (that is not a family member!
). However, if he doesn't treat you and yours with respect while in your home, he can wait outside for Robert. Robert needs a role model, and not for bad manners and disrespect, so worker needs to shape up a little. From what you are saying, Robert is enjoying himself with this guy.
