Tofu is soy protein. It’s in Asian food and vegetarians eat it. If I’m remembering correctly. I posted about kombucha. It’s fermented tea.

Just watched a goat have a baby on Dr. Pol . It was soo tiny ! He said if they dont have the kid within half hr after going into labor something is holding it.

Tofu is mashed soy bean. It doesn't taste like much, but is good in stir fry or soups since it absorbs the flavor. It's soft and kind of like custard, but you can also get firm tofu, which you can marinate and grill.

I have used white paper towel or tissue to wrap around the egg to make them fit better. You can put your thermometers in a ziplock baggie and put them down in some very icy water . they should read 32. That wont take long to do.

it isnt that kind of thermometer. it cant get wet.

we love kombucha. We have a big container of it on continuous brew. I sent Jane some scoby when I sent her the kefir grains.

I have ate soy beans in veggies. I didnt like them. That looks good grilled though. I guess I would taste it.
