If I am understanding what #2 is telling me, PS sent a new PS password to Robert's email. Robert needs to get into his email to get the new password to play his games.
The boys are telling me he needs to hit the "forget password" on his email and see if he can go from there. Other than that, not sure.

I don't want to keep you up over this, it's just that the boys are here now and won't be tomorrow, so I will be less than useless to help. The worker probably tried all this already anyway.

Robert can set up a new account, but then he will lose all the stuff he has built up in hie games and have to start all over. Plus more $$

That’s a shame. We used to have people at the library all the time that couldn’t remember their passwords on yahoo or hot mail.we were unable to help them. They thought we could look it up somewhere. A lot of times yo7 can put in a cellphone n7mber so they can text yo7 a new code.
