Im sorry Julie, I didn't mean to scare you. They need humidity just like the LF do. I just ran into trouble when I first starting hatching them because a ran a handful of silkie eggs in a full incubator of mainly LF. When the LF started hatching it created too much humidity for some of the Silkie eggs. It ended up drowning them before they could get pipped. Only thing I would recommend in the future would to incubate seperately. Sorry I confused you. You may not have any trouble at. Sounds like you are close to locking down. Good luck with your hatch.Lisa has me concerned that hatching silkies are different. Need different humidity. I can’t see into these eggs, they look weird, completely full , I can’t see an air cell at all. I can’t find my special flashlight. I tried my cell phone but I didn’t see any more with that. Just weird eggs. The few LF I have in there’s i don’t see an aircell either.
