Oh yes! Packets and packets of seeds for sale. When it first started, it was more of a seed exchange.

I didn't read the whole article, just the headline when I was looking for pictures. The old downtown part of Petaluma is so congested, it'd hard to drivwand find parking. Lot of empty storefronts. Maybe they are looking for a place with easier access.
