And since it's YOUR name for your coop, you get to do what you like. I like it better without the S... Alley Oop Coop. Rolls off the tongue better without that pesky S.

It's been a soup week here. Made split pea & ham Monday, today potato & ham & tonight I sorted beans & put them on to soak for bean & ham soup tomorrow. Made 2 loaves of artisan bread this afternoon to go with the soups.
