I don't think you should spray at all in your weather with a wet coop. Do you have any more pour on Ivermectin? That has worked well for you. I'd keep using that until things dry up a bit.
Can that sprayer make a mist? If not, you can sponge on the solution, especially around the vent and tail, on the egg clusters. But like I said, dry weather would be better for that.
I was wondering if i should spray the run and the outside of the coop too.

Oh yes, you should spray, especially to prevent the mites from reaching the roosts and nest boxes. Spray to keep them from crossing into areas where they might reach the chickens, like a wall a hen might lean against while roosting. Spray the roosts, top and bottom. The mites will travel convoluted paths to get just about everywhere. I focus on anyplace where 2 pieces of wood join. I had a lot of trouble around doors.

The red mites will keep coming back if you don't spray the coop. Change out the nesting material in the boxes. Red mites will kill a broody, so attention to the nest boxes is good.
