Scarlet fever is itchy and most common in children aged 5-15 years old. Red spots become sandpaper like feeling . Spots and streaks turn white brown or grey. Associated with high fever and sore throat.
May be a medication allergy. You said he was on antibiotics?

yes he has been done for a week. Cipro. I talked to pharmacist . she said the time dont add up for allergic reaction.
