I never thought I would be excited about getting a $422 electric bill BUT compared to the $526.oo from last month actually sort of over the moon.

god forbid what would happen if YOU were the one running late. They should discount if they run more than 15 minutes past.

I remember hubby & I waited in an office from 9-4 pm they were behind & short staffed. They had the nerve to ask if we would like to reschedule bs, I said we live 2hrs from here not including traffic , 1hr we were seen, never again
