Still at 30lbs, but I haven’t really tried that hard lately. I need to be more strict. I had frog legs for supper and a big cup of brides cake ice cream.

This is the same outfit. My jeans are super stretched out.

Good morning y’all. Nugget was signing the song of her people at six am...ugh. Open the coop door and let the dog out and she’s just standing outside hollering at me. Strange chicken. Of course she was the only one up and out too.

Camp I think you’re beautiful regardless being healthy is great, wish I could eat healthy balanced meals. Or remember to eat altogether

Thanks, star. 4 more hens have escaped. I think dogs are pulling holes in the wire. Dh bought that thin chicken wire when we built our last pen. I need to put hardware cloth around the bottom of it.

Morning all.
Blister still there. Actually, it has enlarged. Youngest came in to ask for pop tarts for breakfast, saw my finger, went white and ran back out to send in the older twin. WHo came in and asked about pop tarts and if I wanted some tea.

Looks to rain today. Morning feeding is now done. Will go back out this afternoon if it is not raining and feed again. Until I have covered feeders for the pigs and sheep I cannot feed in the rain. They will not eat the wet feed.

I managed a shower and to get my hair washed. Skipped it yesterday. Was worried about the blister popping and the soap getting in there. Was interesting, to say the least. I do not recommend hot showers after a burn. I went with luke warm as even a warm shower is a challenge. lol

Of course. Mine are currently hiding up in the trees. The chicken's coop was taken over by the pigs. The chickens took to sleeping in the trees.
