Today would have been my dad's 95th bday. He died at 54 from lung/brain cancer.

I need to lose 40 to 50 lbs Most of it is around the middle. All of it has been put on since I quit smoking 6 yrs ago.

Same, put on 50 doing the same thing almost 12 yrs ago

I lost 25 lbs of it. Then we had the house fire and it all came right back.

Very sorry you had a fire, how long ago did this happen?

Still at 30lbs, but I haven’t really tried that hard lately. I need to be more strict. I had frog legs for supper and a big cup of brides cake ice cream.

This is the same outfit. My jeans are super stretched out.

Camp I think you’re beautiful regardless being healthy is great, wish I could eat healthy balanced meals. Or remember to eat altogether

I did not gain weight until I quit smoking. Now the doctors are all over me to drop the weight. I don't even care about the numbers, I want to get myself to the point I can do all the things I use to do.
