I have been putting a heating pad on it at night. Kind of awkward to soak an elbow.

I may be online less, i have tennis elbow from holding my phone too much! That's crazy!

Make sure to get some ice on it often & a strap. Hate when mine flairs up. Hope you can get it feeling better soon.
