Camping, IF by some off chance that was your bird, look at it. It is way underweight, there is rabbit turds at its feet. Its younger then the ones you showed. You cant be responsible for 2 weeks ago.

She picked them up March 12th. Two weeks ago. I guess it turned into a rooster the day she got it. All my birds were banded so I guess she slipped the bands, because I can’t identify them anymore.

They took the bands off? That's why you band a bird, to identify them. They took them off for that reason. You have no further responsibility.

Now she’s saying she posted the pics I sent her in a hona group and they’re also saying two roos. I want to tell her congrats, she now has the first egg-laying roo in history. But DH made me stop responding.

Just resolve it by telling her you have no intentions of doing anything about the situation . end of story. She might try to write bad reviews , block her and forget about it. Depends on the kind of band. Ones the breeder put on my 4+ yr old Seramas would have to be cut off. In the breeding and show world, removing bands is very shady and takes away any credibility in their story.
