Granny's gone and done it again

SO. ANGRY.

The lady I sold all my honas to called this morning and said there were two roos. I said not possible, she must’ve gotten them mixed up with other birds. She assured me they’ve been kept separate. She sent a picture of a young cockerel with leakage on his shoulder. Again I said not possible, because none of my birds had leakage. I finally said “I just don’t know what you want me to do.”

She said “I just got screwed, it’s fine,” and hung up on me.

I sent her the pics of the birds I took in December and she said the one next to the cockerel is also a roo. :barnie

They were over a year old and laying when she got them from me. I don’t know where that ugly thing she showed me came from. It’s got longer legs than a hona, and it’s gangly. It’s clearly not my bird. She said her DH said it started growing tail feathers two weeks ago.

found it! Camp there’s no way that this is your bird if they’re over a year and this thing started to sprout tail feathers 2 weeks ago. She’s just trying to get something from you. Probably more birds or $$. I’d call her and give her a piece of my mind!

But why be afraid of them
?

um because she is Granny = special

I don't mind mice ONCE I know they are there. BUT tearing down an old board fence and the board is up over your head and having one run down your arm NOT SO MUCH, or pulling open your kitchen trash drawer on Thanksgiving and have one rum up your arm again NOT SO MUCH ,,, IT is the startle factor that I hate.

at least it’s only a 4 day week and Thursday is party day. 3 days left until weekend! Besides I should have some not real chicks tomorrow.

OH those are the best for eating as they have not REAL calories
