Granny's gone and done it again

I am back. I have to totally research myself how to walk properly. It is very hard. Walking takes a lot of effort because I have to remember to use my gluts, I am also a lazy walker.
HU ?? I thought you used your legs. How the heck do you use your gut ?

I was in marching band in high school, and the band director was adamant that everyone “squeeze the grape,” which was marching with cheeks clenched just as tight as possible. She assured us she could hear in the tones if someone was marching with unclenched cheeks. I was colorguard, so I could clench a little less, but I also had to make 5 yards in 4 steps while twirling a flag, so I had my own issues.
