yep but new renter "claims: he can/will only farm about 270 acres. It will be cash rent now instead of share-crop like it was for the past 30+ years. Less government headaches for me BUT also less money for the partnership.

we will get paid weither he gets a crop or not. BUT he will get all the federal crop and farm programs. We loose that now as well .

you are a much "bigger souled" person then I am. At the very least I would have posted something snide like "gee you managed to incubate, hatch , and grow up THREE more birds then you bought from me"
