Granny's gone and done it again

He groans , growls, what I say he is talking to me all day long. It would be a continuous shock.
I think they actually have to bark to set the collar off. I don't really like them, but it was the best way to deal with the problem. Belle rarely barked, and it meant something if she did, so I never worried about it before. Belle had Scooter trained... she would alert to something with a low growl, and he would take off, barking like an idiot. Belle just laid back down, with a big sigh... her job was over.

that's because the dog knew the owner wasn't really mad and they can/could hear the amusement in "owners" voice I think anyway.
Ok that is a little amusing when he does that BUT if I dont jump and do what he wants it turns to full out loud barking and no matter what I do he wont stop. I will stand up and he thinks its a game. He bows down , smacks his feet at me and runs.

This is exactly how he acts. Ignoring the behavior dont work either.

That's hysterical. Dog is talking!

I never said a word to worker. He just called yet again and said he is on his way. WTH ?
Maybe the working is actually a good guy. Maybe he is trying to do the right thing.

Is everyone gone ?
Sorry, hubs needed to test out the printer, so I had to get into my email for #2's ticket to get into the ACT college test next weekend. Can't get in without a ticket and it even has his picture on it. We couldn't get the dang printer to work yesterday, but all better now. Hubs is taking today and tomorrow off. yay. Supposed to rain buckets tomorrow and Sat. :hmm

I agree. Granny, the kind of training that would need doing to change is behavior would be very hard for you to do, I think. I had someone come out when Belle was 2 because she was too dominant. Trainer said leash training, lots of leash training, with me in control, was the best way. Well, dog was great as long as she was on a leash, otherwise she was a pushy brat.
