I think I slept from 2-7 not sure what time I went to bed but took about 1 1/2 hrs to get to sleep .

thank you Misty, breakfast looks good. Your gonna make me fatter . LOL I am some better . My foot is sore from the shot. I can deal. The cramping is eased up in my hip which was hurting the worse. Still pretty sore.
