I got another bed dug up, added sand and manure. And planted yellow and green beans, beets and lettuce.

When you don't walk for a while and are sedentary to start with , you can lose the ability to walk. Might need PT to get back to normal.

I sat for 3 days ? Something is wrong. I got those shots in my hip and it has been hurting very bad . Today is 4th day and I had to get my meds. I am weak. I feel drugged. I have to wonder if the cortisol they gave me has somehow interacted with my adrenal problems. Whatever is causing it Its not right.
