I put Josie outside while I vacuumed and in that time she escaped the fence, got into the chicken run, and ripped out all of Hank’s back feathers and most of his tail. Luckily he’s just bald, no punctures.

You don't want them to have Bandit. Finding a good place, like you did for Lily, would be best if you are seriously thinking about not keeping him.
