Granny's gone and done it again

Y’all are seriously making me want to hatch.
Hatch! Fill the bator!
Wow Alley way to go love your feathered family members :hugs
Thanks! :hugs

Did all the cooking for the group plus cleanup, then came home and cleaned out Jep’s coop (and locked myself in somehow) then tended the other feeders and waterers, then cleaned the porch brooder, then set up a pool for Fluttershy in the old hona coop and let her out for the day. I have 5 scovy eggs so far, hoping for maybe 5 more before she sets.

The “poop” (composted bedding) side of the farm looks better than the other. Could also be because the helpers mixed the soil parts in the bed instead of the wheelbarrow, so there may be no nutrients there. I’m going to add fertilizer. I have 10-10-10, should I use that or something else?

Josie helped and laid down by herself. We had worked on that before, laying down around the littles, so I think she’s retaining knowledge somewhere in there. But right after this she bolted to chase Jim; I was able to call her off, and thankfully she was tethered in as well. So there’s more work to be done. Please ignore the feed sacks, I’m saving the for Mollie’s mom.

This little hona roo already has silver leakage. I’m thinking of letting him be the roo for the banties. I always regretted not keeping one with silver on him.

I added the cup waterer and another feeder, and now it looks like a playground. If it ever warms up again they’re just about ready to move out.

I bought a cup thing at Tsc and my birds will drink all the water then won’t bother with it. Love Nat, she’s so pretty!

So used the duck eggs last night. STRANGE THINGS DUCK EGGS huge yolks, and clear/see thru whites not at all like a chicken egg. Also very tuff to beat up (we had French toast) All 4 eggs hd the "bulls eye" and OMG shells are tuff to crack open.
We need updated pics of the ducks next time you’re at the farm! How’d they taste? Can you tell a difference?

Five. And then the rottie, spaniel and very old retriever.
Well there's your answer... must be that spaniel!

They must be bored to death. I'm surprised they don't climb out and go exploring.

Please ignore the duct tape. I went overboard and well I like purple lol managed to slip 4 shelves in. The bottom one was the first we built and was a uh oh. Air flow is still good! Temp is even throughout.
