Seems so strange that we pay good money for manure.

I would rather buy that than a bag of chemicals. This stuff has been aging 15 years!

One of mine was in the run today just messing around and I went inside and one of her eggs had a pip hole. 2 other seramas seen it and jumped up and settled right in on her eggs. LOL

Granny bird & my frizzled hen are setting on eggs as well. So no one available to do "cleanup on aisle 5" wonder if she got some of your crazy hens blood in her

Haha, I've got one like that too. Plus if it's hot outside & I'm mowing, it decides when it needs to rest. It will start sputtering & then stalls. Thats when you have to lift the hood & let it cool for a short while. Hubs has tinkered with it, but has not been successful in figuring out what is wrong with it. It's a John Deer & I think I know why we got such a good deal on it. I hate the darn thing. I can wait all day for the grass to dry enough to mow & still the minute I try to bag the clippings it clogs the shoot

We dump the clippings in the chicken area.

OMG, I so have poop envy. I want a couple truck loads of that black gold.

I dumped some hay and straw in the chicken runs today.
