Granny's gone and done it again

Thank you for asking!
Here things are well only temporary! We live in a situation that war is always around the corner.... but thank GOD the All MIghty, we "use" to it, and we know howe to live, develop and flourish in this situation!
In my private life we have had some rough times , but we are slowly returning to usual.
Thanks!
Shalom, Benny. Prayers for peace and health. :hugs

Could not resist the lure of a mystery bug... mystery to me at least, camping knew what it was. :)
Also, I am the only one awake so far. Waiting for the last minute to get in the shower so hubs can sleep in as long as possible. Boys are still sick and hoping he isn't catching it. :( I did pretty good sleep wise, so feeling practically human.

How are you doing? How's DD?

you sound much better ! I am ok. Havent talked to DD. I thought it a walking stick. Preying Mantis here are green and they do bite.
Yeah, I was looking at the triangle shape of the head and the backward bending front legs... walking sticks don't have that, they are vegetarians!

our mother is a remarkable woman, i had to take tom to dr. today because his legs are crying. they put an uno boot on them both. so he is out of the game for a couple weeks. he will be getting home health care. when i got home a preacher called and said mom wanted to talk to him. i eavesdropped on the convo and heard her say " i am dying, i would like you to come pray with me and possibly say a few words over me when i am gone. he will be here saturday. all the way from columbus In.

I shared a memory from 4 yrs ago on FB and tried to share it here but for some reason will only copy half of it. I wondered if Twist remembered it.
Hmm... you will just have to write it out for us here.

5 minutes to shower time...

Have been thinking about your chick and chicken transport issues.
Can you get some cardboard boxes? Put shavings in the bottom and poke holes for air, fill with chickens and have them ride on the back seat. Then you can jam cages in the trunk, tie the lid down and not worry about the birds. Transfer them to the cages when you get to the swap.
