I would (and have) eaten crickets. I don’t like figs because they are fuzzy.

Mine are not fuzzy at all. Smooth , like the purple ones.

We’re finishing up Apollo 13. Almost none of it was filmed in Houston but the mission control looks EXACTLY the same, even the little stairwells and the colors of the seats. The kids were excited. They also pointed out that urine isn’t jettisoned, but recycled for drinking. I said maybe not back then.

They thrive in hot sun... originally a Mediterranean fruit. The pool area sounds great. They do not draw a noticeable amount of insects, and the big leaves are easy to clean up in the fall, but they also disintegrate well... we've always just left them to decay at the farm.

I use the leaves as a bikini.

They recycle it on the space station. Cool that your kids knew that.

woowoo! Now the figs may not be fuzzy, but the leaves are! How scratchy that would be.

It's a lovely picture. Despite appearances, Josie is just a puppy. She's going to be a great dog.

Looks like that lunge line is working great.

Only critters I fed were dogs & cats on the porch. GD was mad that I didn't feed the goats. It rained & the cool wind blew all day. Should have feed them before I went to church, but I didn't wake up til 9:30am. Hope my peas germinate quickly.
