Granny's gone and done it again

Do a little bit , sit down , repeat. Tom and I tried starting the push mower for over an hr. No go. Robert got up , started on the 2nd pull.
So why didn't he mow the small dog area after starting the mower?
SO, I have the dog area mowed and beside the house with the push mower. I have the grass cut around the chicken coops, I have denaguard in the waters in both coops, got the little pond cleaned out and running. And seeing as how tomorrow is the swap I have sick chickens in both coops. Funny thing is , its the same chicken. father and son. I am not sure if the son is actually sick . His eye, the 3rd eyelid maybe? The pink part is inflamed. Little man is sleeping under the heat light . I also heard a (one) sneeze come from that coop.
IN the big coop w/ big daddy, he for sure dont feel good. droopy and rattles w/ pale comb. The tolbunts are shaking their top hats like they are listening to little Richard.
No mites . 3rd time I have checked .
Riding mower is still sitting out there hollering RIDE ME !
Your going to be one sore lady when you sit down & rest for the day. Great job on getting so many projects done. I'm getting frustrated with myself. I'm lucky if I can get 2-3 hours of work in before I have to stop & rest. Between the plantar faciitis in my left heel & the extra pain it's causing in my back from walking funny.
Just finished chores,& lunch now chillaxin:th,whats on your to do list.Wish I really could make everyone breakfast.Hubby always said I make enough to feed an army,or least the state of Mississippi:gignow that he don't eat I don't cook like that no more:love
Sounds like your a good cook Misty, bet hubby really misses not being able to eat what you cook :hugs

Tom is outside alone using the table saw. Should I be worried ?
I would, with him only having use of the one arm it would be horrible if an accident happened & he hurt the good one too.

DH has been playing a game on his phone and making friends. One said they had a small farm. DH said “my wife has a small farm with 100 chickens.” So 1.) I don’t know where he thinks the other 90 are stashed and 2.) sounds like I have permission for 100 chickens.
Sounds good, hubs gave you permission so bring on the babies. :gig

haha Who says you can't teach an old person new abbreviations :old
:D

WOW. You are making me feel like a lazy bones!

Not oak, but probably poison ivy.
Pay attention to what the vines would look like without leaves and how they grow so you can identify it out of season. Much easier to get rid of it when leafless and the sap isn't running so much.
I would be VERY CAUTIOUS about burning it. Highly allergic people end up hospitalized from breathing the smoke.
Very good advice on not burning it Wishing. I have a bil that is that allergic to poison ivy.

I messed up. :hitCant hardly move. I was on the riding mower and got stuck . neighbor seen and came to my rescue then helped me mow some. I offered him some gas. he wouldnt take it. So I couldnt stop and leave him working but thats what I did anyway. I told him thank you but I cant do any more. almost crawled in the house. neck, back , hips, you name it. It hurts.

But its a tree, poison ivy is a vine! It has me puzzled.

Wait, if he knew I was stuck that means he was peeping on me ? Ya.ll He left his wife down there working in the yard to come help me work. Nope Nope. I wouldnt put up with that. I told him no thank you but he did it anyway.
