Granny's gone and done it again

ya well, If you eat 3 squares a day you wouldnt need them.
Listen to granny! Doctor just told the same thing to my 16 yr old because he doesn't eat regularly. Causes all sorts of trouble... low blood sugar, nausea, headaches, anemia, stomach aches, lethargy, poor sleep, poor memory and concentration, depression, low immunity.
Eat a little something even if you aren't hungry. Gets your metabolism going.
