AND WE ARE THE MOTHER OF CLUCKERS!!!

I’m feeling rather contemplative today. Hubs broke my heart today. He was saying “I wonder if I should text my mom for mother’s day. But she never texted me for my birthday”

Oh gosh. The hurt...his mom’s crazy and yeah we’re probably in a better place not having her in our lives but...just the hurt. This is a boy who was never treated right by his mom and still wants some love. It just broke my heart...and made me really think some not kind things towards the mil.

Your hubby has you & your all he needs.It takes time to come to that realization.Theres been so much pain he must in time learn to let go. I speak from experience,this can't be forced it will come in time

Oh, and i noticed 2 more CCL and a polish chick have hatched in the brinsea. I think 2 pullets and a cockerel. Pictures tomorrow. I need to move the brooder back inside.

I came upstairs to move some quail eggs into lockdown . I juggled eggs around some and started to move them, then noticed they are already hatching! So i just poured a bunch of water in and took out the other eggs i had in there! First eggs to start hatching in my home made bator, i usually move them out to hatch.

I hear sneezing, fluid on the lungs, eyes swollen shut and inflamed conjunctivitis. I did NOT see any pus. The one I trimmed is thin.
I am totally fed up. If I had a way to dispose of many at one time I think that is what I would do. I did just put the grow outs over there. They seem fine so far. Its the tolbunts, jubilee adults and a BLRW

Guineas have taken to roosting in this tree since we got the calf. Three cocks up there.

I don't mind a few roos, but if i only have one it needed to be a pullet. I have another dozen CCL eggs incubating.

Thanks! Don't worry, I am, though not as much as I should of asked for (still well below what other artists I talk to ask) pretty sure they did some price checking and realized they weren't getting a better deal anywhere else.

You have to start somewhere, and getting your name out there is worth something. Charge them full price next time. You are keeping a portfolio, I hope.
