That was what my vet told me concerning my dog. Wish I could remember what they are lacking that causes the grass eating, CRS strikes again.

They actually are lacking a certain vitamin/nutrient is why they eat the grass. They are not eating the grass because of a sick stimach. They get a sick stomach because the blades of grass irritate their stomach. Nasty regardless of the reason

True it also could mean they have worms,or a type of parasite they're trying to rid of
