I had 2 sausage muffins from mcdonalds today.a glass of tea and a ton of coffee oh a couple of Roberts pizza rolls . they were gross

I can't eat like that. My guts couldn't handle it.

Yep I gave up bread and potatoes a long time ago. It’s sweets I can’t resist. I do eat fruit. Try to stay to 2 servings a day. Some days are hard. I do like chocolate.
