I have some of my silkie eggs due this week. And I put 60 more eggs in the bator this morning....Cap, I thought sure that was a robins egg. ( I said hat) LOL
Alley, what do you have hatching ?
Mine do the same thing. Its ok.
Its bad mannersSounds like my grandmother. First offence was a warning, second time a dirty look and after that she would just smack it off your head![]()

I find it hard to tell genders because they move around a lot while i am looking. So i might figure out some but its hard to follow just one. I bought some colored zip ties to put on some of them. I have 3 in one cage, 4 in the other half, and maybe 10 in the big cage. That is where the egg was. Big for a first quail egg.
Can’t believe they are old enough already! How many and do you know genders?
Unless they are outside in the sun we wear hats tipped back here.
