Just saw something on the news that made me think of Jane. She mentioned selling pickled eggs at the farmers market the other day. Just saw where it's illegal to sell anything pickled except cucumbers in Texas without a special license and setup kitchen which costs big bucks. Then big bucks to renew the license each year

Hi Cap. We ended up going out to dinner, but it took forever. Italian food, and they were very busy. I was trying to catch up here, kept nodding off. Finally took a shower and got ready for bed, so of course I'm awake now.

I found out today that peanuts that are nor properly cooked can cause aspergillosis in people, birds, and other animals!
