Finally got some good rain last night. Official was a little more than 2 inches at the airport but I have a 3 and a half gallon bucket tied to a chain link fence that had 8 inches standing in it

I got 9 quail eggs today! Before i left to go shopping i moved the Texas A&M quail into their new hutch. They need more room already! it will be better once they figure out how to go up the ramp, and when i figure out who all the boys are.

Oh, i saw 6 deer on the way home tonight! Three were on the lawn of the house at the beginning of our street, looked like lawn statues. Hubby saw a turkey there earlier today! And i saw some varmint run across the driveway so fast i am not sure what it was, though it may be a small fox.
