If you have a lawn or any landscaping plants, they require watering 6 months out of the year, so more expensive that way too.

I could have talked her out of it yesterday! She called while I was over at sis's... hysterical sobbing, freaking out. I thought something happened to one of her kids, but it just hit her that they were actually buying a house and actually moving... for real, not just talking about it like they have been for a couple years now. I got her calmed down and told her if she hated it, they could always move back. She was just a little panicky. All better now. They are also moving to be closer to their youngest. Older kid lives in rainy Oregon, and she couldn't handle that, so Colorado it is!
