Granny's gone and done it again

They (ins asshats) claim that I have never updated the herd numbers or amount of ins on the animals, plus the $250.00 deductible so they are going to "be fair" and mail me a check for $1,000.00. Stopped at ins office and raised a little hell and also informed them that I am "pissed off enough to change companies" As I am in there EVERY fall changing the number's and amount on the animals.:mad::mad::mad:

Oh and here's a choice tidbit according to the adjuster "techinally they don't insure Yaks, BUT since "someone" messed up and accepted the original policy they will honor it in this claim. Not sure what happens going forward. :barnie:he

What did they have?

LOTS of very old crap that had "secret reserves" so a lot of stuff ended up just sitting, Got caught in a lite rain, Then forgot to grab a motel check so drove the 3 miles back to the motel , changed shirts continued with the soaked bottom (truck window's open) bone dry at the motel. Get about 5 blocks away for the auction and the skies "opened up with a cloud burst and then HAIL" very scarry sitting in a tin box with wheels listening to what sounds like BOULDERS being dropped on the roof.

I did end up with 9 fence panels 10 footers heavy steel with 2 braces also welded for 52.50 each.

They are always happy to get the premium. Paying out claims is another story.

Believe me they (agents) have NOT heard/seen the last of me, as I found my notes on the ins papers with dates called and numbers updated. Tomorrow will be interesting.

example of possible brain damage on the auctioneer or the previous owners,

2000 Honda, 350 single person 4 wheeler with over 12,000 miles. Had had the poo beating out of it. Reserve of 1200.00 BUT of course we waste 5/10 minutes trying to get the bidding honestly any bidding on it first.
