Yup so do we creative sign language,or a bad version of cave man language but his speech is improving & the swallowing is getting better she gave him more exercises just vocal for now there's one that's hilarious hubby do it either without busting a gut you start off with a low E sound going up to a high E sound EEEEeeeeeee
