Granny's gone and done it again

So i worked until dark. Have not had supper. I was picking eggs and there was only one egg in the SS nest box. 3 layers, so not impossible. Then i go look in the polish nest box one egg. Maybe they decided to lay in the run. Sometimes they do that. I turn on my phone light, and there is another king snake, busy swallowing the last egg! SMH. I am sick of snakes! I work so hard and spend so much money and then along comes a snake and eats my eggs! Not happy. Plus now i have to go dump it off somewhere.
Am in a pissy mood tonight.

Well, I have been having such a good time in Indiana. This type of green farm country is so different from where I live... and the butterflies! They're everywhere! And sadly, sometimes get smooshed by the car... I feel like a butterfly murderer.

Have to pack tonight. My flight home is tomorrow evening.
Tomorrow, going to pick up a KFC feast (Robert's favorite) and head over to granny's for final farewell before the long drive to the airport. waaaaaahhhhhhh!

Well, I'm glad you two had the opportunity to really get together and make memories together.

back yard mowed, cukes, and yellow summer squash picked, and also some o the peas picked and the graveyard all weeds pulled.

Just got an email from Robert, all the main herd is locked in the tit in prep for Pouring in the am, AND they finally delivered the diesel this afternoon as well.
