Turtle measuring about ten inches by eight came to my GKs back door and has stayed for a couple of days, now the kids want to keep it for a pet.

I think its a Sulcata Tortoise, also called African Spurred. Must be an escaped pet. Or dumped

Good morning! Sorry, I have been dealing with a minor family "crisis" that began last night. No big deal, but requires much communication with extended family.
