Just not a morning person...though the cooler morning temperatures are great!
By building a watering table, it has shown me how many more watering tables i need: one at each big coop! And one near the hydrant.

sigh NOTHING like starting a project backasswards.

Making refridgerator pickles, peeled and sliced over 24 cups of cukes, 3 cups of green peppers and 3 cups of onions ALL FROM my garden. Was about to salt them and then you let them "marinate" for 1/2 hour before rinse the life out of them and then mixing the brine and jarring, These will keep and be good past New Years. Realized NO clean jars so dishwasher is running currently.

brine is easy AVC and mustard seed and sugar that's it.

making 3 separate batches.

AND I have about a 5 gallon pail of cukes to BIG for my taste for the chickens or yaks or who ever at the farm wants them.
