Hello Grannyland. I woke up at 9:30 when the alarm went off, hurt when i rolled over so i went back to sleep. Still hurts, but sure felt good to go back to sleep.
That toxic plant resembles wild parsnips. Don't even touch anything that looks like that.

actually water hemlock is native to north America which is unusual for poisonious plants
