Sigh. Seven years ago I did a crazy road trip - Calgary to Ottawa.

I need to do another crazy road trip like that. These shots were all from northern Ontario. Waterfall was kakabeka falls near Thunder Bay, Ontario. The full lit lake is orphan lake, with Lake Superior in the background. The foggy/ear lake is white lake.

I am in love/lust with where the pics were taken

Like me! Thanks Alley, those are great pictures. Seems like you have your own petting zoo there.

No chance of that Granny. DW and DD2 will have scarfed any steak and they plus DD1 will have decimated any loose chocolate.

Did they not try to find the actual owner of that goat? Clearly it isn't some wild critter that just happened along.

If you have diabetes I am pretty sure the ins company will pay. What machine did she give you? Mine is a OneTouch Ultra. If you have that one I can send the strips I have.

Any chance you can catch the escapee?

Look for a cow that is limping.

Wow, that is one LONG through trip. But I can understand it with animals in tow. Anyone to spell you driving?

ME EITHER! :hit I have WAY TOO MUCH TO DO.

Um, they know you have dogs right? Why would they send someone that doesn't like dogs. I guess they don't have to LIKE them but certainly shouldn't send someone who dislikes them.

It will probably be Rod and I driving and then drop off my animals get a motel room and then load and head back home the next day

I suspect the toe came from either Enola or Sheila

so update on Curly sue, breakfast was about 2 and 1/2 liters

Update on the "great yak swap"

So he forgot to "check with the wife" and "she" want's to keep this years calf. Which honestly I am fine with. But Robert suggested we try and get them to pay 1/2 of the fuel/delivery costs since they changed the deal. Keep in mind I messed up a bit with the 2 B1 or B2 bulls that part just hurts my head.

Outcome = they have agreed to pay half of the fuel costs.

So since it looks like I am headed to Colorado anyway, I gave Robert the task of seeing if the Ranch that had the Imperial Cow Auroa (which I have been drooling over for over a year) would be interested in a trade. :fl:fl

Had company this am, Friend of the folks from when we lived in Devils Lake and her daughter who was my sister's best friend way back then. GOOD visit , then the Ins agent stopped in, And he is going back to the company to clarify some questions I had. We have a meeting tomorrow at 10 am. I did NOT get over to unclog that drain so either latter today or tomorrow. I did get to wash 2 of the motel bedspreads evidently I was "naughty" and being punished by Angie for something
