well 6 dozen chicken and 3 dozen duck eggs hard boiled and smashed and in bags to "got back" to the hens

I just took 3 more quail out of the bator. Look at their size compared to the day old Polish chick!

Buff Laced, the Tolbunts are not laying yet. I nearly hit one with a hammer today, forgot they were out and was tossing the hammer for the dog to fetch. Trying to teach her to bring me specific tools i need.

Nope, just the shadows. Silver would be cool! I was about 2 feet short of the pullet. The speckles act like camo. She was sitting on a log half asleep!
