I soaked it in an epsom salts bath for 10 minutes. She was very good about it. Then i cut it open and pressed on it but nothing would come out. When i got done, she had prolapsed. So i pushed that back in. Wrapped her foot up and put her in the hospital cage in the workshop. Its warmer than the barn. Might take the heating pad out there.Nasty looking
That's great. Nothing will slow you down more than an aching backYes, that treatment at PT helped my back.

Yeah I don't understand why people are against "single payer" health care for all. So many people don't get insurance from work so they do without healthcare. Then there are the people on Medicare who say they don't like single payer because they don't want the government running their health insuranceAlley...hugs. This is one of the reasons I hate the for profit healthcare system here. :/
We pay about $8K a year for Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield.Yeah, we pay about double that for my husband and I through his work.
this is what I bought the baby today. Has fake sugar in it.
I've been lucky to not have any birds with bumblefoot (insert "knocking on wood" emoji here). But from what I've read you can usually cure it by soaking the foot in Epsom salts and pulling the scab when it is soft. Then you have to do what you can to get the "seed" out. May take many treatments. Here is the foot of my poor quail hen.
